Beautiful vintage rectangle sterling silver, mother of pearl pendant adorned with marcasite.

This stunning pendant is quite the show stopper when it comes to vintage marcasite jewellery pieces.

The silver hallmarked 925 dates the pendant post 1930’s, given the settings of each marcasite gemstone and the mother of pearl the gems have been cushioned fitted.

The popular darkness tone of the sterling silver, with the dark tone of the marcasite behind the mother of pearl really offsets the entire the pendant, the layered design seemingly is finished with a marcasite cross and elaborate bail slider.
