Our customer service is very important to us, we constantly strive to ensure that all our customers have a good experience shopping with us whether they like the item purchased or not. Below you will see our detailed report in to what you need to do if you have any issues with our products or if you have any feedback for on our customer service.

For payments at checkout we accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card and Maestro. Please contact us via the email with any queries.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
Every item sold on jessica-sinclair.co.uk comes with a 28 day returns policy from the date of purchase.
If for some reason you are not happy with the item you have purchased from us, please contact us via email which is on the bottom of every page, notifying us of the return within 10 days of receiving the item.
After the confirmation email from us we must receive the item within 7 days from the shipping date for a refund or exchange on the purchased item, provided that the item returned is in the same condition as when you received it.
When returning the product, please include the receipt issued by us in the package.
Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded on your return.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours via email us with a complete description and imagery of the damage so that we can file a damage claim report with the post office, and either replace, or give you a full refund on your purchase including the shipping.
Failure to contact us within the stated time period, will forfeit your right to file a damaged claims report.
Any refunds or exchanges are at our discretion and it is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of any item.
Any item damaged whilst being returned to us will result in forfeit of any exchange or refund requested.
Shipping
Our aim is to get your purchased items to you as quickly as possible.
The item is shipped after payment is cleared.
Delivery services can range from Royal Mail to Courier depending on the value, weight and fragility of the order.
We strive to deliver all orders within 7 days but delays can be caused by various conditions that can be out of our control.
If your order has not arrived within 14 calendar days notify us via email so we can track or replace your order.
Warranty
All our items come with a 1 year warranty applicable by law.
We do not undertake repairs or replacement of any kind, of items bought outside of this site.
Warranty does not cover abuse or natural wear and tear of an item.
Warranty does not cover the replacement of batteries sold with any items.
Any items purchased with a manufacturers seal showing signs of tamper or have been removed void the warranty in its entirety.
